Kushiro's fishing industry is said to have begun with the harvesting of kelp in the late Edo period (1603-1868) and early Meiji period (1868-1912), and Kushiro Port, with its abundance of seafood throughout the year, has had the largest catch in Japan for the past 13 consecutive years.
Kushiro Fisherman's Wharf MOO is a commercial complex and a popular spot as a main sightseeing spot in Kushiro.
The highlight of the video
The drone will fly from Kushiro Port. Passing through the port town, you will see large breakwaters in front of you. A lighthouse stands at the tip of each breakwater.
The aircraft turns around and flies along the Kushiro River toward the city. The large area where the white boat is parked on the left is the Kushiro Port Welcome and Departure Deck. Nusamai Bridge is a famous bridge with a statue of a woman. Kushiro Fisherman's Wharf MOO, located at the foot of the bridge, is a commercial and tourist complex.
Kushiro Port at sunset offers a different atmosphere from the port town seen in the daytime.
